Caroline is based out of New York where she helps lead CIBC Innovation Banking’s efforts on the east coast. As part of the team Caroline has supported a diverse portfolio of best in class hyper-growth SaaS companies across North America, Europe and Australia.

As an experienced professional with 15+ years of business experience in various capacities, she brings her management, operational, and business development strengths to our strategic thinking.

Not only does she bring her sharp mind, uncanny ability to see multiple perspectives, as well as a tactical mindset to the HGLS advisory, she also challenges us to stay aware of the needs of the people that are impacted throughout our implementations.

He brings his passion and ability in helping organizations excel under any and all circumstances. With 20 years of executive leadership experience at organizations large and small, he’s lending his experience to help HGLS chart a clear course towards sustainability and organizational resilience.

Dave challenges our leadership team to consider how we are actively operating our values while helping us navigate the realities of bringing ideas to market with successful outcomes.

Sally helps to instigate and drive change in our community and organizations. She brings her passion for education and technology startups into the HGLS journey, with over a decade in supporting tech start-up initiatives.

Driven by a desire to work with organizations who care about creating a positive social impact, she challenges us to see how our ideas can contribute to society, while bringing her strategic and tactical skills to our group.

As President of Ficanex Technology Inc. Andrew has recently been through the Go To Market process, bringing new technologies to the Financial Technology sector. A career IT specialist, Andrew is also Chair of Scouts Canada and sees firsthand the challenges of training and upskilling thousands of adult volunteers. He brings an incredible wealth of relevant experience and helps us better navigate the delta between conceptual ideals of technology with the “realities” of business strategy, tactics, and deployment.

A seasoned executive and business leader with deep domain expertise in the legal, financial and government technology industries. John has an extensive resume leading legal software companies in Canada and abroad.

As someone who has bought, merged and made successful dozens of software companies, John brings a keen eye to HGLS for what it takes for a fledgling software company to succeed, as well as challenges us to think differently in order to make our desired outcomes and goals, a reality.

As Global Head of Tax at Bentall Green and formerly with Canada Pension Plan, Sandra has unparalleled experience in evaluating investment risks and generating optimal finance and tax solutions customized to the needs of enterprise clients. Through her advisory, she carefully listens and reflects back to us what she hears, helps us become aware of our blind spots, and inspires us to sharpen our ideas towards authenticity and clarity.

As President & CEO of Leap Biosystems, astronaut and former Director of Space & Life Sciences for NASA, Dave has recently gone through the cycle of seeking investment and bringing product to market, culminating this year with the successful test of their hologram transport of medical images to the International Space Station.
