Driven by human-centered approaches to technology, projects, and collaboration, Rose brings a blend of critical and creative skills to this innovation team.
Her advisory and leadership career began as an international speaker at the age of 17, (Reiyukai International), and she continued into HR and IT as a corporate consultant, while becoming a national technical instructor for training institutes such as CDI. She provided advanced technical software instruction for DND, DFO, RCMP, BC ministries and VIHA, among many other private companies.

Her project and leadership cases include organizations such as: Mitacs, LearnSphere, PeopleFirst, Western Forest Products, Epicure, Dalhousie University, UBC, Horizon Health, PMI NB, and UNB. She’s successfully led several software design and implementation projects with international teams, and maintains her mentoring and independent project advisory for groups such as NNedPro Global Centre for Nutrition and Health, and Lead Her Alliance Canada.

Rose has designed and delivered 75+ professional workshops over 25+ years; taught 25,000+ learners directly; performance metrics consistently above 93% in all media formats. She’s a top-ranked facilitator for Mitacs (10+years), Elevate program and Canadian Science Policy Fellowship.

She makes time in her schedule for professional creative projects that serve to strengthen the human spirit. She’s an internationally awarded composer (Twilight Int’l winner “Mary Alice Brandon File”; 20th C Fox- “Alien:Ore”, Leo nominated, 2020), and a proud member of the AWFC, and SCGC. She produces creative audio projects such as audio books, music, and online learning content from her NB studio and with her LMG Creative team.
