His technical vetting experience and innovation background provides integrity and rigor into our design thinking. Gerry brings his critical thinking talents to HGLS by translating applied research on why and how humans learn, into our R&D cycles and development.

  • With 15+ years as a technical and market deployment strategist for three privately-held companies (2001-2017), he brings real-world expertise in the innovation-to-market journey. He’s been instrumental in developing and patenting hi-technology ideas, and most notably, leading an optical technology startup into a joint venture with a Fortune 100 company.

  • He’s also an accredited creative audio professional and the co-founder of a creative services company, LMG Creative. As an award-winning screen composer, pro-audio producer, expert bassist and multi-instrumentalist, he brings a deep granularity of creative thinking, a precision mindset, (and his joy of physics) into our team’s daily operations.

    His distinctive blend of technical and professional creative skills guides our innovations in a way that elevates the end-to-end learning experience.
